04/12/2024, 1:59 AMI will use the call in scale normally i send more than 10k per day on whatsapp and will use VAPI to proceed a call, but i cant see any documents about the limits to send or receive call, is it possible send the limitation from API, please?

04/12/2024, 1:36 PMHey, you will be charged as per your usage. There is no limit on number of calls as such. Only limit is for 10 concurrent calls using Vapi

Yes — it is possible to initiate batch outbound calls with a concurrency limit of 1.
To do this:
1. Open the Phone Numbers page in your Vapi dashboard.
2. Scroll down to the Outbound section.
3. Click Batch Calls (Upload CSV).
4. Upload your CSV file, select the assistant you want to use, and
5. Start the calls immediately or schedule them for later.
This setup ensures that calls are processed with a concurrency of 1, so only one call runs at a time.
