Prompt enrichment based on phone number.

Hello team! I'm working on dynamically changing the system prompt context for each outbound call based on the phone number. I aim to implement this without invoking a function call to avoid latency at the beginning of the call. Has anyone implemented something similar or have suggestions on how to achieve this? For example, if I call X customer, I want to add the information about his/her name directly in the prompt.
