You can use Whisper as transcriber and Elevenlabs as Voice.
You can also write the prompt in Turkish.

04/05/2024, 11:57 AMThe whisper capital v2 model, which comes by default instead of the fine-tuned version with the Common Voice 11.0 dataset, also turned out to be quite successful for Turkish.
