03/28/2024, 5:08 PMI did that… that’s how I got the first $10. But I cannot change the maximum monthly allowance and I’ve used $7 of the total allowance of $10. Is that a bug?

If that field is supposed to be enabled, what am I missing and why does the documentation state that I need to have the support team change the monthly allowance for me?
