Why is that you only allow pre defining the transfer phone number on the assistant config step and not during the phone call? Are there platform limitations underneath like twilio doesn’t allow that? Or is that just your API design decision?

I think we just haven't exposed this but we will at some point. For now, just prompt the bot to transfer
