Pasting in the secret key for a paid ChatGPT (GPT-4) account into the provider keys box and pressing submit doesn't appear to do anything and disappears when page is reloaded; how do I check if my OpenAI key was accepted?

Hello! You can check network tab for error, but most likely if there's an issue you'll get an error when you input it

no coding experience; I'm only using the dashboard UI right now - below is the annotated screenshot of after I input my openAI secret key into the box and press submit, and doesn't appear to have loaded my openAI model since it still bills me directly. Do I just attribute it to an issue on OpenAI's end? their API has frequent outages after all.
