I am currently using my owe twillio number. Each time I call the api I am creating an transient assistant. I was wondering if there are any limits to the amount of calls I can have actively going through that mobile number at the same time?

I thought the concurrency limit is 10 for Pay as you go? I have completed Vapi integration with my SaaS, but looking at other options due to this finding. Can you clarify @nikhil ?
