Parameters issue
# support

When i set parameter name "startDateTime", the server endpoint receives "start_date_time". This was okay yesterday, today this issue happened.

They are again experimenting with pay-as-you-go users. So, it will be only fixed after they fix it from their end.

@0xpranjal.eth @Sahil "They are again experimenting with pay-as-you-go users. " What does this mean? Is there another type of customer rank you can choose? I don't see anything mentioned online about a subscription rank or anything like that. If this option would mean more stable support I am certainly interested in that option. Can you tell me anything more about that perhaps?
s
You can opt for Enterprise level plan or Startup plan for which you need to contact to the Vapi Team.

Ah that sounds interesting, thanks for the quick reply! 😄

Sorry about that. We take production seriously and are never experimenting with pay-as-you-go.
We did unfortunately have a bug leak into production due to a big migration
s
@nikhil is this fixed?
s
Yeah.
