Has anyone tested the knowledge base with a small-medium sized DB? I've got a 1,000 row txt file with two columns (1. company names, 2. administrator associated with the case) and it seems to constantly hallucinate, or just say a given company name is not on the DB when it in fact is. I then gave the same file to ChatGPT, and tested it with a dozen or so examples, was able to recall perfectly...
