There is no differences b/w paid and free GPT except the capacity. It's going to take more jobs that requires more critical thinking, GPT4 is 5x better than GPT3.5 as I have been using it for a year now and seeing people getting it for free while I paid for it just to stay a step above from the free users makes me feel sad.'
