oh snap, also, honestly , i wouldnt have AI close a deal. AI are idiot child like interns and it isnt wise to give them that much power otherwise people like me will call your client and get to buy a house for 1 dollar - NOTE: closing deal != taking payment. one lets the AI think too much, other tells the AI a direct action to take
