so my friend openai can easily be put on a pedestal, but here is where they suck completely... hosting. They really suck at this. in so many ways. I can go on and whiteboard for a few hours on that its POSSIBLE 4o is hammered but either way my pro tip based on ur situ and background is 'isolation based troubleshooting'
