have any of you guys found that one week your agent works perfectly, using custom functions correctly, following the step-by-step guide etc, then you come back to it a week or two later and it feels like the LLM has been updated? Its strange I haven't changed the prompt for 2 weeks and recently it seems worse/needs some adjustments. Using 3.5 turbo
