I don't understand webcall yet - but are suggesting your internet is making the call through API? The onl time I have seen it in action is from dashboard. It's possible it is just not optional for API (which makes sense). The API only recognizes "outboundPhoneCal"l and "inboundPhoneCall" as valid options for the type field.
