I have a question about the Terms of Service.
Section 1.8 states "Usage Data and Customer Content may be used to develop, train, or enhance artificial intelligence or machine learning models that are part of Provider’s products and services, including third-party components..."
Does this mean that you may use our voice recordings and transcripts to train your models, as well as share that information with third parties?

### Answer
I do not have access to the specific Terms of Service content or details to provide a definitive answer to your query about the use of voice recordings and transcripts. For precise information and clarification, it would be best to consult the complete Terms of Service documentation directly or contact the legal department associated with the service in question.

Yes, we do train models from the data. It's not LLMs or anything that would use your IP. It's quality of life models like background cancellation, emotion recognition, backchanneling, etc.
No, we never share data with 3rd party. I'll fix that.
