Hey squad! How do you all go about upgrading your Voice agents by integrating user feedback? I'll be doing a long review of our client calls to our voice agent. He did 3 calls a day every day for a week (21 calls total) to test it and wrote down the feedback for each call. How would you recommend I use the feedback to improve the model? Is it just about tuning the prompt and Knowledge Base?
