Does anyone know how Vapi's knowledge base works under the hood? Someone mentioned that Air ai knowledge base works by simply appending the information to the end of the prompt. It doesn't have the retrieval and chunking functionality found in Voiceflow's knowledge base. I am asking because I don't want to add too much information to the knowledge base and overload my prompt.
