I have created an assistant that calls a support center and after giving certain information to the support person, it needs to transfer the call if the support person says transfer call, but the problem is that the call is never transferred. I have clearly included the function call TransferCall in the prompts and I use GPT4o, so it needs to be activated and it seems that the assistant understands that it needs to be activated, but the call is never transferred. For reference, I am doing this whole process with Twilio. Does anyone have any ideas?
