My non-profit is building a voicebot prototype on Vapi, serving Seniors. So our calls generally run 20-40 minutes (older folks need more time). But frequently (50%+) in our testing, long calls will not get logged or recorded, which breaks our whole app. Vapi says they're working on it ("websockets issue") but I wonder if it's something about our particular use case or settings. The theoretical limit on Vapi is 3600 seconds (60 minutes), which we have maxed out on our Assistant. So I wanna poll the community... are you using Vapi successfully and consistently for LONG calls?
