I mean I don't think automation platofmrs are entirely for those who don't know how to code - there is a simple reason for that. Most coders still use automation platforms. Once again, it is pretty straightforward. It is an automation platform for people to automate. I feel like you are devving it up to much. Just becuase it has less apps does not mean anything (API of course) Why would you not be able to debug or fix a problem? ALso of course it is not there resourses, they are paying bascally for a PaaS. - that does not mean problems are not solved/debugged.
