It is related to your billing…change your card details most probably enable international transaction.
Go to billing -> Change card details (Most of the debit card in india have issue with international payments)
If you have credit card with international payment enabled use it.

Mine international payments are already activated and I'm using the same card for other international services too Just now i tried using my card with twilio and it worked but in vapi it's showing the same

Yes, the thing is we don't manage the payment system. It is being managed by Stripe, which is being used by most of the company. I will be happy to tell you the exact error thrown from the Stripe side if you provide me with your email address
