I am not saying use AITable - just saying it is already possible. It is def not a callbot directory. That is exactly what you described - Tracks all calls with any information you want. Can trigger calls from inside of the platform without Make - leads are sent to AITable to scheldule calls etc. Can be used by VA's and Sales Team.
