call is hung up by agent prematurely with call reason being 'silence timeout'. This happens sometimes and is not clear why. It's set for 10s but hang up happens sometimes at like 1-2s.

Issue: Lot of BG noise or foriegn language

Seems normal to have lots of bg noise or foreign language. That should not make agent hang up call. It also hangs ups even when I have call end function call disabled. Hoping increasing silence timeout seconds helps

You can use the denoiser, but for now, it has some bugs, so leave that part for now. It will be fixed within a few days. After that, you can give it a try
