Hey guys, I'm curious if anybody else has received weird or unexpected phone calls at the numbers that you've bought. It makes me nervous about authentication and accidentally exposing what I would have otherwise considered to be private data in the knowledge base or in the prompts. I've had this happen now twice. One was really disturbing; it was somebody who, as far as I can tell, more or less survived the 60s and called one of the numbers. This person was berating the agent and saying some really disturbing stuff for literally two hours. I have all these call logs that just showed up. More recently, I had somebody else call frantically looking for their grandson or trying to get in touch with their grandson. My agent was set up to simulate an interview with the Wendy's CMO, and the caller was just incredibly frustrated. I don't know if these numbers used to belong to people these callers are looking for or what the deal is, but this has now happened twice, and it's definitely a little disturbing.
