this is not exactly accurate in my opinion. So many companies, even big ones, use automated systems to put customers off asking for assistance. Or they have made systems, chatbots in particular, of very bad quality by forcing users to use them, just to stuff their mouths and say that they too use artificial intelligence. Then yes ,there are also six calls made by an automated system posing as, for example, an Amazon service, who I receive practically every week and is clearly a scam. Result?
