End of call Server Messages missing transcript

Hi There, I am having some issues where 1 in every 3 server messages of the 'End of Call Report' has the transcript as showing 'NULL'. Why would this be?

End-of-Call-Report data is sometimes stale, so could you please use the /call/{call_id} endpoint? You will receive the call_id from the end-of-call-report, but make sure to add a 60-second delay after receiving the end-of-call-report.
