Calls work fine, nothing has changed since last night, doesn't seem to "hear" me on a call or on the web. Never responds.

I checked the recording and your voice was not working properly cause I can't seem to hear your voice but assistant was speaking.

That's the issue it wasn't hearing me, but it wasn't the mic. I tried from 2 computers and directly calling the number from my cell phone.

I'm having a similar issue
worked yesturday perfectly, pushed it to my client, and now they're saying its not working. I tested it and it says the intro but then doesn't respond. I tried plugging in another assistant and it worked though so was there an update pushed last night or something?

theres definitely a problem or something changed because the system isn't even recording the number I'm calling from
works on web but when i call via a phone number it doesn't respond for this specific assistant.
Again i tested this for hours yesturday with no issues

this same issue with web call but this happened jun 5th and this morning. call starts normally but stops getting audio even thought obviously person speaks as call has already started call id- 5bd0436d-e794-445c-9feb-82fc21d244cb (really weird as call transcript shows the user response but not in audio and the assistant never replied) 8c34716d-11a6-41ca-975c-083b2f326fa0 b06f52fc-465c-4de2-8c28-fdd18434f02e - user audio abruptly stops coming through this one from today - 34aa9f94-878e-40b7-a188-640f2e6d522c

I just tested the @Brian Searl and it is working fine.
We are working on the Unknown issue bug and it will be within few hours.
Can you test once again?

ok because this is most likely the root of my issue
and btw you won't run into the issue unless you call the voice assistant via phone

Can you check once more, nikhil pushed a fix for it like an hour ago.

now the number registers but still no reply
I've even tried to copy the voice assistant and the new one still had the same issue
So i solved the issue by creating a brand new assistant and copy and pasting all the details of the assistant having issues into the newly created one and it worked. What ever you guys did yesturday messed with voice assistants created in a certain time frame possibly because this was the only one that had issues and i was working on this one yesturday.

The same thing is happening to me. My assistants were working fine two days ago, but now they don't work. They only say the initial message, then they don't hear me and don't respond. What can I do?

I have exactly the same problem. The call goes through but does not convert voice to text. But it works on the web.

Same here, a few agents work, a few don't Tried changing from Vapi numbers to Twilio numbers, but they still can't hear the user Web calls appear to work well (agents were working well before, and nothing was changed on their setup)

Hey everyone, sorry about the issue. Something related to denoiser model not returning any audio back. We pushed a release to force disable the denoiser for everyone. While it's building, feel free to manually disable it for your assistants.

This seems to be back. Might be worth pinning if it hasn't been.
Denoiser disabling DID NOT fix this time.
