I am not using persistant assistants on vapi dashboard. So when I receive a call, there is a

assistant-requesst

sent to my backend as explained here: https://docs.vapi.ai/server-url/events#retrieving-assistants The backend builds the assistant definition, so I am able to build a prompt with current date in it
