also who tf has 5 years experience developing and deploying conversational AI solutions? I've been working/doing research with Transformer models since 2018, and unless you were trying to build apps using GPT-2 (which virtually no one did) then that's impossible. The best one could expect is like ~1.5-2 years and that's if you were using some of GPT 3's stuff before ChatGPT was launched. The bulk of the more experienced developers would have been doing so since the launch of ChatGPT, and the vast majority doing so a little while after it came out. Just a ridiculous posting all around.
