SQUADS - How to?

06/13/2024, 11:20 PMHi I've looked through the docs on the Squads feature, but I still am unclear how to utilize this. Is it only available through custom code on third party platforms. Do I use the custom functions / tools in the main assistant on main platform to transfer the call to the corresponding assistant? Thank you!

To create a squad when starting a call, you can specify members as a list of assistants and destinations within the VAPI platform. The first member in the list will be the assistant that initiates the call. Assistants within a squad can be either persistent, staying throughout the call, or transient, joining the call only when needed.
