Over last 10 days, there are significant QC issues. Tried swapping LLM's and every permutation. Support email unanswered. Way ahead of you mate and I did that already. 2minute conversation was somewhat stable this time, but it’s late here in my time zone and I’m off to bed tomorrow. I will test for longer durations and see how we go
For everyone, I merged the system prompt & the knowledge base and had both in the system prompt, but this is not enough of a conclusive test. We need to do more testing on other assistants and hopefully it will hold up.

Yes I can test another assistant that was made previously. You suggesting that I disable knowledge base - make a call and then reconnect KB and make a call again to see the difference? What’s the best practice here - what if I left SP KB combined like you guys are originally had it set up not long ago Wouldn’t it solve the issue of gibberish Talking permanently

I had the same issue yesterday, but it seems to be gone today. Was an update done @Sahil ?

We added some fix to the KB. That's why I am suggesting you to retry and provide me latest call_id. So, that if you again face any issue I will forward it to the team.

Long haul today and will do tomorrow first thing - my questions was existing agents with KB already - can I test that one - so I need to recreate first or not ?
