Hey everyone. I created a car recommendation voice assistant that complements the previously provided appointment booking voice assistant above. Here's the configuration setup: - Uses Inbound Squad configuration - 1 transient voice assistant (Marcus) - 3 static voice assistants (Joanne, Stefan, and Mary) Here's how it works: 1. User will first provide Marcus with cars to search. 2. Text is transformed into Airtable formulas and response brought back to User. If desired, a SMS message can be sent afterwards with the car details or an appointment can be booked. 3. If User would like to continue search, gets transferred to Joanne. Similar Step 2 logic will be done next. 4. If User would like to continue search, gets transferred to Stefan. Similar Step 2 logic will be done next. 5. After three recommendations, User will only be able to book an appointment or end the call. There were various challenges along the way (e.g. correct AI numeric to text pronunciations, finding ways for AI to reference dynamic variables coming from the webhook recommendation response, avoiding previous AI recommendations, etc.). Also, as a reference point, I have uploaded a small video (on the right) of a VoiceFlow chat/voice hybrid bot I initially did before I knew about Vapi!
