Tool Creation not working on Dashboard

06/19/2024, 10:01 PMI'm trying to create a tool on the VAPI Dashboard. I've gone over the tools tab and everytime I finish creating the tool, it says on the bottom right in red, "tool creation failed".
I tried also creating it during the assistant setup and clicking on that option to create a new tool doesn't even do anything.
I just tried creating via the API and it works, but wanted to see if the issues with dashboard could be fixed.
