Agent repeating itself with incomplete recordings

Hello, I've been experiencing issues w/ the agent seemingly ignoring what the user is saying and repeating itself indefinitely. It's able to be interrupted, but then it just repeats itself. It's the entire recording, the agent keeps repeating itself while in the call, but on the recording its voice is all cut off and missing
