Question: Is it possible to build one Vapi app, but use input captured to leverage predefined prompts or paths? Meaning...The company calls me, I would capture a bunch of inputs such as the companies name, list of services, and rates, inject that into a database of some kind, then recall that information again if someone calls and asks for it? Or, maybe I can capture that information via a survey/intake form, then send that to the bd, then pull from that. Just thinking out loud. 🙂 Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks
