We have noticed that certain features, specifically the availability of voices such as 11Labs and Eleven Turbo V2.5 (Prototype), are not accessible through our company account. However, these features are readily available when accessing the platform through personal email accounts.

It is because you v2.5 model are provided to only few customers and they are still in beta state.

But what about the voices of 11 Labs like the company account doesn't have Vikram and many more voices but personal one does have!!
