Hi, one of our users reported two call errors a few days ago. They shared a call recording from their own platform, where the asisstant returned a "couldn't get assistant" error. They shared the caller number and the times that these inbound calls came in, but I can't find these calls anywhere in the VAPI call logs. Any idea why? I can share further details if this would be helpful.
