I'd like to get clarity and how exactly were these calls triggered? because I've verified my setup thoroughly and have no doubt that it wasn't triggerred from our end. Important to note these calls went on for 20-30 mins each approximately and I'm also being charged for it ( The $100+ Doesn't matter ) but I need to know what is the root of this issue. I had also shared all the call IDs with you previously.
