Just thinking this through because I'm not quite seeing how that would tie together.. It looks like Vapi expects the destinationNumber to be included in the tool definition for transferCall. I'm pretty sure the system loads the tool definition from the backend at the beginning of the call, meaning we would need to know the transfer number before the call starts, but unfortunately we don't. Am I missing something?
