And even when I asked the same question to Vapi's AI test on Vapi's home page, in respond I get September 2023

put in your prompt something along the lines of "For your reference, today's date is {{date}}" The {{date}} variable is pre-set in Vapi.

I knew about this, but the Vapi's AI should aware the current date isn't it?

Nope cause underneath it is an LLM and it will remember the last date when it was build.
