Hey all, been experiencing an issue sporadically (multiple times per day) for the past few weeks, in which the assistant keeps repeating itself in the call. Whenever that happens, the call recording also comes out incomplete, w/ barely any audio from the assistant (though they have been repeating themselves for the entire duration of the call). Here are some call IDs: 57024182-32e0-4ffc-973d-c136766893e7 8d651cdf-e8e6-431a-bbb4-bd57dfbbfcd6 ba351ebc-bf85-418e-a5df-0929998950c9 9b670580-a546-4e6f-b12b-ff734ac3299e fa4c71aa-fac0-43e6-9c7e-ee0ca201c35c 2b2116fc-033f-4e1b-9d40-151fb0a2321f Here, the assistant also repeated itself and some of the audio is missing from the recording, but it's more complete than the others: fe844378-b490-4fd1-a74b-a40b659cb9d9 Any insights into this issue would be very much appreciated.

yes assistant was repeating as it was cut off in b/w it tried repeating the sentences, and also assistant was out of sync.
The possible reason for this 11labs, try changing your voice provider and update here if it works.

I checked for the last call id only. if it still persists let us know, will resolve it.

Closing this issue for now, 11labs voices were error out with non audio messages.
