No matter how hard to try, I can't configure the squad to go through the system all the way. When I answer with "yes" (to "Is this a single-structure property"), it's supposed to send me to a Problem Assistant but well listen they stop answering... When I say "Hello?'" It just sends me through the squad again until I get to the same part. (happy to send over an audio of this issue but because my client does not want for their customers to know that they are using us, we signed an NDA but I can send it over in email) PLEASE HELP!
