It sounds like there might be an issue with the credit card information linked to your VAPI account, even though your Stripe account is connected. To resolve this, please follow these steps:
1. Go to
https://dashboard.vapi.ai/billing
2. Add your card number and details.
3. Click the Tick Icon to add the card.
4. If a verification pop-up appears, complete the verification and click the Tick Icon again.
