@Shubham Bajaj please look into this asap. it's very urgent and causing a ton of problems right now
the transfer works. (kinda since function tools are having hiccups these days) but it shows as the agent's number and it goes straight to missed calls
the caller id is the number of the agent instead of the user's @Shubham Bajaj
Update on this, The missed call issue was on our end.
We'd just need to know if we can have the blind transfer show the user's phone number instead of the agnet's. just incase the business missed a call it can call the user direcrtly as all it's showing in the missed calls is the agent number
