400 bad request

@Tarek Maximus Hello! I'm glad to hear that you were able to get the HTTP request to pass. Let's troubleshoot the issues you're facing with Vapi now. A 400 error typically indicates a bad request, which means there might be something wrong with the data you're sending or the way you're sending it. Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this: 1. **Check the Assistant ID**: Ensure that the Assistant ID you've added is correct and corresponds to the one provided by Vapi. 2. **Review the Request Format**: Make sure that the request you're sending to Vapi is structured correctly according to the documentation. This includes the correct headers, method (GET, POST, etc.), and body format if required. 3. **Validate the Endpoint**: Confirm that the endpoint URL you've set up on your server is correct and capable of handling requests from Vapi. It should match the one you've entered in the Server URL field on the Vapi Dashboard. 4. **Inspect the Form Submission**: If the error occurs after submitting a form, double-check the form data being sent. Ensure that all required fields are included and that the data types are correct. 5. **Check the Logs**: If possible, review the server logs to see if there's more detailed information about the error. This can often provide clues about what's going wrong. 6. **Consult the Documentation**: Revisit the Vapi documentation to ensure that all steps have been followed correctly. If you've already tried all of these steps and are still encountering issues, it might be helpful to provide more specific details about the request you're making and the exact response you're receiving. This will allow for a more targeted approach to solving the problem. Remember, if you're still stuck after these steps, you can always reach out to Vapi support for more detailed assistance. They may be able to provide insights specific to your situation.

@Vapi ask for help says This interaction failed
v
@Tarek Maximus I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties with the "ask for help" feature. It seems like there might be an issue with the system or the way the request is being processed. To assist you further, I would need more details about the specific steps you're taking and the context in which the error occurs. In the meantime, here are a few general suggestions: - **Retry the Action**: Sometimes, temporary glitches can cause a failure. Try to use the "ask for help" feature again to see if the issue persists. - **Check Network Connection**: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and that there are no network issues that could be causing the failure. - **Clear Cache**: If you're using a web interface, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, as this can sometimes resolve unexpected issues. - **Update Software**: Make sure that any software or applications you're using are up to date, as outdated versions can lead to compatibility issues. - **Contact Support**: If the problem continues, it might be best to reach out directly to the support team. They can provide more specific guidance and help resolve the issue. If you provide me with more details, I'll do my best to assist you further. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

i'm getting the same error
@Tarek Maximus did you fix this? and how so
c
What are you foing at the end that you need the VAPI module @Tarek Maximus
c
i'm using the default vapi module but wil try the raw HTTP request module and report back
c
Also what is it seems you have to things trying to do the same thing. If HTTP is call why are you using VAPI module?
There is no need to use this. Plus VAPI needs to update. Even besides that you shold make the call from your CRM f possible. You dont need to do it in Make.
c
i was using the VAPI module and getting erorrs
so now i will try the HTTP outbound request
have you made calls from your CRM?
what do you use
c
Of course, I would not recommend it if I am not already doing it. Also that is not a good way to look at things (A may give a recommendation, but that does not mean it would suite you) Please take a look at this video though

VAPI module is not really for that.
