My bot id is 82341772-3564-4eba-95b1-0eaa5f75fdad and my sample call id is e5c6298f-7a99-4b04-b2fb-7205d0e786db I have same code I had last month, but when I am testing today, external calls to my server are not going. The assistant even says that it wants to use XYZ function to get data, but then just pauses.

@Avijit I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your bot. It sounds like there might be a problem with the assistant's ability to execute functions or make external calls. To assist you better, I'll need to check a few things: 1. Has there been any recent changes to your server or network configuration that might be blocking outgoing calls? 2. Can you confirm that the assistant's configuration, including any API keys or endpoints, is still correct and hasn't expired or changed? 3. Is there any error message or status code that the assistant provides after attempting to use the function? Once we have more information on these points, we can proceed with troubleshooting the issue. If you have already checked these and everything seems in order, please let me know so we can explore further steps to resolve the problem.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@Vapi No there is no changes, there is no error code. either
v
@Avijit Thank you for confirming that there have been no changes and that there is no error code. It seems like the issue might be with the bot's execution of functions. To troubleshoot this further, I would recommend the following steps: 1. Verify that the bot's credentials and permissions are still valid and have not expired. 2. Check the bot's logs or debugging information for any clues about why the function calls are not going through. 3. Ensure that the bot's code is correctly handling the function calls and that there are no syntax or logical errors that could be causing the issue. 4. If possible, try to manually invoke the function from a different environment to see if the issue is with the bot or the server. If after these steps the problem persists, it may be necessary to escalate this to technical support for a deeper investigation. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with that or if there's anything else I can assist you with.
