There is no user input (phone input) after the following model output: "I have received information about the slot availability. Are you ready to hear the details?" Seems like transcribing issue. Please, take a look. Call ID: https://dashboard.vapi.ai/calls/12c2bac7-7e1f-4685-9be0-4bddd2f3d73e

@Moody Reaper It appears there might be an issue with the voice transcription service. To investigate this further, I would need to check the call logs and potentially the transcription service's performance for the call with ID
12c2bac7-7e1f-4685-9be0-4bddd2f3d73e
. However, as a support bot, I don't have direct access to the system's logs or the ability to diagnose such issues in real-time. Please ask support for more info on this, and they can assist you with checking the call logs and transcription service to determine the cause of the issue.
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.
Got it. Tagging @User for additional help.

Deepgram connection was not ready and resulted into failure. Looks like it happened by chance, do you have other call id with similar issue?
m
@Shubham Bajaj, yes, QA Engineers provided the following call ID as well: https://dashboard.vapi.ai/calls/803b5c1b-66bd-436a-8680-961769ef0e65

I looked into the call logs but couldn't find deepgram related issue.
It's showing customer ended the call, the repetion of I replied is your issue for this call 803b5c1b-66bd-436a-8680-961769ef0e65

@Shubham Bajaj, sorry, did not open this link by myself before. I've just checked the call. This call ID does not contain "unknown error" but, for some reason, user input is missing. User talked to phone but no input is presented (on voice record as well like user did not say anything). I will ask our QA Engineer about that (want to make sure that user did say something after 2:20 until 3:50)
s
What I understood user spoke something and AI responded but, in the transcription and recording it's missing correct?
m
@Shubham Bajaj, no, we have "affirmation workds" (sent after user input) and "filler words" (sent not depending on user input). So you can hear "filler workds" which typically being sent once per 15 seconds in order to prevent disconnect on timeout between VAPI and Voice provider since we hold one SSE session during the whole call (because our agent might answer after big time delay during some tasks completion, and it not depends on user input)
s
@Moody Reaper can i please get another call id for this.
m
@Shubham Bajaj, unfortunately, I don't have at the moment

ok
