If that is the case then you have 2 options: 1. Buy a Peru number from elsewhere and port the number to Twilio (takes 2-4 weeks) 2. Buy another number (e.g. USA number) and forward all the calls from the Peru number that you bought to the USA number that is connected to your AI agent (note that people that do not have international calling package in Peru with their provider wont be able to call the number) ** You can also request an exclusive number in Twilio and use that as the forwarding number, then people in Peru that dont have an international package can still call the AI agent
