I am not sure why this would be happening. Once my assistant starts the call the error occurs. Does anyone have any insights on possible solutions?

I have looked at the logs and there is nothing with substance there that would point me in the direction I need to go.

I have not checked but this issue seems to be happening inconsitently. Sometimes it happens when the call starts other times its 20sec-1min in.

I am using a tool for the end call but it’s an API endpoint I made with Express and TypeScript but I don’t think that’s the cause of the error. It never hits the API endpoint because of this error.
