So I have a tool created to grab some data points from calls, I need to add more properties to the tool but after adding the property, hitting save on the property, and then hitting save in the top right. Nothing is saved, I refresh the page and its gone.

@ThiccGingerAle I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with saving changes to your tool. It sounds like there might be a glitch or a step that's being missed. Here are a few things you can try: 1. Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to make changes to the tool. Sometimes, access rights can prevent changes from being saved. 2. Double-check that you're following the correct procedure for adding properties to the tool. It's important to save the property first and then save the overall changes. 3. Try using a different browser or clearing your browser's cache. Sometimes browser-related issues can cause problems with saving changes. 4. Make sure there are no errors or warnings when you're adding the new property. Sometimes the system might prevent saving if there's an issue with the input. 5. If the tool provides any form of version control or history, check to see if your changes are being recorded there, even if they don't appear immediately on the main interface. If you've tried all of these steps and the problem persists, it might be a good idea to reach out to the support team for the tool for further assistance. They might be aware of any current issues or have additional troubleshooting steps. Would you like me to assist you with anything else at this moment?
You can continue this conversation by mentioning me in the message.

@Vapi none of those worked any ideas?

@ThiccGingerAle It seems like you've encountered a persistent issue. Here are a few additional steps you can try: 1. **Documentation Review**: Check the tool's documentation for any specific instructions or requirements for saving changes that you might have missed. 2. **Contact Developer Support**: If the tool is developed by a third party, reach out to their support team. They may be aware of the issue or can provide a fix. 3. **Check for Updates**: Ensure that your tool is updated to the latest version. Sometimes bugs are fixed in newer releases. 4. **Error Logs**: Look for any error logs or console messages if the tool has a developer mode. This can provide clues to what's going wrong. 5. **Network Issues**: Sometimes network restrictions or firewalls can interfere with saving changes. Try a different network or disable any VPNs if you're using one. 6. **Collaboration Conflicts**: If the tool is used by multiple people, ensure that no one else is making changes at the same time, which could cause conflicts. 7. **Save Method**: If there's an option to "Save As" a new version rather than directly overwriting the existing one, try that to see if it makes a difference. If none of these steps resolve the issue, it might be a more complex problem that requires direct support from the tool's developers. In that case, providing them with detailed information about the steps you've taken and the issue you're experiencing will be very helpful. Would you like me to help you get in touch with the support team or provide more detailed information on how to proceed?

why is the server URL in tools required? This seems like a bug. as per the docs https://docs.vapi.ai/server-url/setting-server-urls one should be able to set the server url at a ORG/Phone or assistant level, and not need to set it against every tool This will block ability to use the tools with different phone numbers or ORGS that effect to use different server domains. Now, because the server URL is require on the tool level it negates the ability to set them at the other levels.
